Melaleuca motel is reasonably priced and extremely well located close to restaurants and the harbourside. The queen room is spacious, has a comfortable bed, a couch, a table for two and a desk. Crockery and cutlery are provided as well as a microwave. Although there is no sink in the kitchenette, the hosts are happy to take your used dishes and supply you with clean ones, a great service in my opinion. The shower was excellent. The hosts are kind and obliging, and have done much to make this slightly elderly motel comfortable.

The staff patiently guided me how to get the key and found our residence. Due to a scheduling error, we had already missed the opening hours of the reception when we arrived. The house was just good enough for six people to live in. There are also many restaurants nearby, not far from the pier!I will come again next time I have the opportunity!

The location was excellent, easy walk to the main shopping centre and the harbour. Comfy rooms with a convenient layout. Great facilities that all worked perfectly - fridge, microwave, smart TV, a heater that worked really well, comfy bed with electric blanket. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Excellent location near the scenic central business area. A good one night stop as part of a staged journey. The suite was spacious, the bed was comfy and warm, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Parking outside room door was convenient and secure.

The motel is older style. Room was huge with separate area for fridge, tea making facilities etc. The bathroom was also large. Very nice duvet and bed linen along with an electric blanket. It was quiet at night. Good value for money
